What is the minimum age for entry?

Level Up Clarke Quay is an 18+ venue. However, guests under 18 are welcome during specific hours:

Monday to Saturday & Public Holiday Eve: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM*
Sunday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Kindly note that minors are required to leave the venue once the permitted hours have ended. Valid identification may be required upon entry.

Is there a dress code for entry?

No strict dress code—just come ready to play and party
For your safety (especially around the arcade areas), we do recommend wearing covered shoes.

Do i need to make a table reservation?

Walk-ins are always welcome but tables can get busy during peak hours.
We recommend reserving in advance—especially on weekends—to lock in your spot.

Is there a minimum spend for table reservations?

No minimum spend is required for reservations of 7 pax and below 🎮

For larger groups and premium seating:

8 pax and above: $50++ per person
Sofa reservations:
- Weekdays: $500++
- Fri / Sat / PH Eve: $700++

What is the Arcade token exchange rate?

Plus, enjoy complimentary tokens with all alcoholic drink purchases. Tokens are needed for most arcade games.

If you believe you’ve left an item behind at Level Up Singapore, please contact our team with:

Found items will be logged and stored securely.
Valuable items such as wallets, phones, IDs, bank cards, and passports may require proof of ownership before release.
Perishable, unsafe, or unhygienic items may be discarded immediately.
General items will typically be kept for up to 30 days.
Unclaimed valuables may be handed over to the relevant authorities after the holding period.
Unclaimed non-valuable items may be donated or disposed of at management’s discretion.
